Founder, The Shepherd's Well
Brimming with curiosity out of the womb, Ross Allen has long sought discovery through adventure. It has driven him in his faith, in his relationships, and in his 30 year career coaching top tech leaders to success.
In this season, Ross has embarked on a new quest with the Lord to help pastors find clarifying refreshment by guiding them on their own quest of curiosity.
Through The Shepherd's Well, Ross has seen pastor after pastor come alive in their calling with their churches following suit, with more to come.
We're all walking each other home.
It is no small thing to answer the Call, and trod the path as both pilgrim and guide. At times it is solitary, that you may perceive the still Voice.
But it doesn't need to be lonely.
Whom the Lord calls, the Lord qualifies.
